Every person selling you a way out is selling a course. This is how you build your own.
It opens in Obsidian, which is free. Every interview is a text file you can read, edit and keep.
No login, no platform, nothing that expires. You keep the files whether or not you ever open this page again.
Pick anyone who got rich in a "make money online" niche and follow the link under their name. It goes to a checkout page, and that page is where the revenue came from. Almost never the skill they teach.
Makes more from the book, the courses and the community than he does from the trading.
Ran an agency. Made far more teaching other people how to run one.
Runs ads for brands. Makes more from teaching the ads than from running them.
Why sell business education instead of building another business? Because the education is more profitable.

Most courses in this niche hand you lessons and wish you luck. This hands you prompts that interview you, the blanks worth keeping and the working files — already built, ready to copy.

One folder, opened in a free app. Here is what the whole thing looks like on screen.
No step is clever. The work is doing them in order, and not stopping in week two.
Three free tools, then never think about tools again.
Most course ideas die here. Someone builds a thing nobody wanted and finds out a month later.
Write it as plain files. No filming, no editing, no platform. This is the step where the product actually gets made.
The step that decides whether you make money. One short video a day, every day.
Take payment and deliver files without building a website.
From day 30: run it on your numbers, not your nerves.
Not one of the six. Step 4 already has you selling on a hosted page, and that keeps working for a long time. Step 6 is for when you want the whole thing on your own domain instead — before or after your first sale, your call.
None of it counted in the 31, all of it in both editions at no extra cost.
If yours isn't here, email me. I answer them myself, and the good ones end up on this page.
No. You build and sell your own course, on your own topic. You aren't reselling this one. There's no downline, no recruiting, and no resale rights. The thing you sell is yours.
A zip. Inside is an Obsidian vault. Obsidian is a free app, and everything in it is plain markdown, so any text editor opens it too. Solo is the vault. Coach adds the built-in AI coach, the prompt pack, and 30 days of support from me, including one written review of your offer at the end of Step 1.
No, and the vault assumes you have none. It also doesn't pretend starting from zero is quick. Step 3 is built for exactly that position: one faceless account, one short video a day, and a funnel that answers the DMs for you.
No to both. Obsidian is free for personal use, it runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS and Android, and there is no account to make. Step 0 walks you through installing it and opening the vault, and if you can open a folder you can use it. The vault is plain markdown either way, so if you ever stop using Obsidian the files still open in Notepad, TextEdit, VS Code or anything else.
Stripe takes the payment and sends you straight to a download page. The file starts downloading from there, and an email with the same link arrives within a few seconds in case you close the tab. Unzip it, open the folder in Obsidian, start at START HERE. Under two minutes from paying to reading.
The link works for 30 days. The files are yours permanently once they are on your computer — no login, no server, nothing that can be switched off. If a link ever fails, email me with your receipt and I will send the files by hand.
No, and Steps 0 to 5 involve none. Step 6 is the only place code appears, it is optional, and every file is written for you — you change the lines marked CHANGE THIS and nothing else. The vault also carries a 61-entry glossary that defines every technical term in plain English, and the interviews where people actually get stuck each open by explaining the words before using them.
Yes, and Step 6 builds it: domain, sales page, Stripe checkout, delivery that verifies payment before handing over the file, and an email to every buyer. It is optional on purpose. A hosted product page does every job it does, and doing it yourself saves roughly $5 a sale — irrelevant at 5 sales a month, real money at 200. Step 6 opens by doing that maths with your numbers, and tells you to skip it if the answer is no.
Almost everyone says this, and it's usually a comparison problem rather than a knowledge problem. Step 1 has an interview built for exactly it. If you finish that honestly and still have nothing, that's a real answer and you should stop. But run that interview first.
$0 to launch. The note app is free, your phone shoots the videos, the free editor cuts them, and the checkout takes its cut only when you sell something. At volume you're looking at roughly $15–35 a month, mostly automation and email. The vault has the full table, including a list of the things people buy that they don't need.
There's a refund policy, and it's action-based rather than a no-questions window. The full wording is on the refund policy page. Read it before you buy, not after.
Yes. Email me and pay the difference.
Coach only. Message me at coursemaxerr@gmail.com or DM @course.maxer on Instagram, whichever you prefer, about anything to do with the course you are building — your subject, your offer, a lesson that is not landing, what to do when a reel flops. Unlimited questions for 30 days from the day you buy, replies usually within one working day. It is me answering, not a bot. What it is not: I will not write your course for you, and I cannot review work you have not done.
You have been on the paying end of this for years. Six steps to the other end of it.
