Refund policy

14 days, action-based.

Build the course, put the offer live, post ten reels. If the system didn't deliver, email me the work and I'll refund you in full.

Why it's worded that way

It refunds people who did the work. It doesn't refund people who read half of Step 1 and changed their mind.

If that seems unfair, it's the same standard the vault holds itself to. Every step in it is gated on producing something real, not on reading to the end.

What counts as the work

Three things, all of which the course walks you through:

Screenshots are fine. I'm not going to audit you. I want to see that the system was actually run, because if it was run and it still didn't work, I'd rather know that than keep your money.

How to claim it

Email coursemaxerr@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and attach the three things above, along with the order number on your receipt. No form, no support ticket, no chat widget. I read them.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Things worth saying plainly

Nothing is deleted if you refund. The files are plain markdown on your computer and I have no way to take them back, and no interest in trying. I'm trusting you not to keep something you asked to be refunded for.

No income is promised anywhere, not on the site and not in the vault. The refund covers the system not delivering what it describes. It does not cover the market not buying, which no course can insure you against.

Statutory rights. If you're in the UK or EU, buying a digital download normally waives the 14-day cooling-off period once the download starts. This policy is offered on top of that, not instead of it. If your local law gives you more, you get more.
